Update a published book

Add chapters or fix typos without unpublishing anything.

1. Open the book from your Studio, or click Edit this book on its reading page.
2. Add sections, rewrite text, or change the font at any time.
3. Changes are live the moment they save.
4. Toggle Published off if you'd rather take it back to a draft.
